- Run small growth experiments (referrals, campus pilots, content tests)

Operations Management Intern
Keep Ishkzen running smoothly — processes, user support workflows, and day-to-day coordination.
- Help document and improve internal ops playbooks
- Support user onboarding, verification, and support triage
- Coordinate tasks across product, content, and community
- Spot bottlenecks and propose practical fixes
Social Media Manager Intern
Tell Ishkzen's story on Instagram, X, and LinkedIn with content that feels human, not corporate.
- Plan and draft posts aligned with Ishkzen's voice
- Engage with comments and DMs thoughtfully
- Repurpose blog and campus stories into social content
- Track basic metrics and iterate on what resonates
Frontend Intern
Build polished, mobile-first UI in Next.js and React on features students use every day.
- Implement UI from designs and product specs
- Work in TypeScript, Tailwind, and existing component patterns
- Fix bugs and improve accessibility on public and app pages
- Participate in code review and learn production frontend practices
Backend Intern
Work on Go APIs, MySQL, and real-time chat — the systems behind matching and messaging.
- Build and maintain REST endpoints with Gin and GORM
- Write safe SQL migrations and understand data models
- Debug production issues with logging and tests
- Learn how auth, uploads, and WebSockets work at scale
DevOps Intern
Help deploy, monitor, and secure Ishkzen on OCI, Netlify, and Docker — keeping the app reliable.
- Assist with CI/CD, Nginx, and deployment scripts
- Monitor logs, uptime, and basic security hygiene
- Document infra setup for local and production environments
- Automate repetitive ops tasks where it saves the team time
