Troubleshooting
Try these steps before contacting support. Most issues clear up in a minute.
Page will not load or looks broken
- Refresh the page (pull down on mobile or use your browser refresh button).
- Check your internet connection—try another site or switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data.
- Clear your browser cache for Ishkzen, then sign in again.
- Update your browser or the Ishkzen app (if installed to your home screen).
Logged out unexpectedly
Sessions expire for security. Sign in again at Login. If this keeps happening, avoid private browsing modes that block cookies, and make sure your device clock is correct.
Chats or messages not updating
- Look at the connection status in the Chats screen—it should show when you are online.
- Leave the chat and reopen it from the list.
- Refresh the page while keeping the same chat selected.
- If you use an ad blocker or VPN, try disabling it briefly for Ishkzen.
Push notifications
- In Settings, enable push and accept the browser permission prompt.
- On iOS, add Ishkzen to your home screen, then enable notifications from Settings.
- If notifications are blocked, open your device Settings → Notifications (or browser site settings) and allow Ishkzen.
Install / home screen app
Use Settings → Install Ishkzen as an app, or your browser’s “Add to Home screen” option. If the install button does not appear, your browser may not support PWA install yet—bookmark the site instead.
