These Terms govern your access to Ishkzen's website, apps, and services—including profiles, weekly matching, chat, Dost, Ishkzen Buddy, and related features. If you do not agree, please do not use Ishkzen.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law. You agree that information you provide is accurate, that you will keep your login details secure, and that you will use Ishkzen for personal, lawful purposes only.

• One account per person unless we approve otherwise in writing.
• Be honest in your profile. Do not impersonate others or use photos you do not have rights to share.
• Treat other members with respect. Harassment, hate, threats, scams, and illegal content are not allowed.
• Do not spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Do not solicit money, share another person's private information without consent, or misuse reports.

We may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that break these rules. To report a concern, use Report & safety or email ishkzen.app@gmail.com.

You keep ownership of content you post. You grant Ishkzen a limited licence to host, store, display, and process that content only so we can operate the service—for example showing your profile to other members, delivering chat, running matching, and powering Dost features. You are responsible for what you upload and must have the rights to any photos, text, or other material you share.

Ishkzen helps you discover and connect with other members, but we do not guarantee matches, replies, or relationship outcomes. Connection requests and chats are between members; we are not a party to your conversations or any meeting that happens off the platform. Please use your judgment and take sensible precautions when meeting someone in person.

Dost and Ishkzen Buddy provide automated conversation and profile suggestions. They are not human advisors, therapists, lawyers, or emergency services. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or crisis decisions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong—always use your own judgment.

Ishkzen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable and safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for what happens outside Ishkzen.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ishkzen and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim related to Ishkzen is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ishkzen harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your location requires otherwise.
